simply by creating a FREE account. The
biggest thing is that you don't have a
custom domain name. It's going to be
something like
http://somethingyouchoose.blogspot.com/
rather than a true
domain name. If you don't mind than
Blogger.com is for you because it
requires not HTML knowledge to get it
installed and you can always link to it from
